In the exhibition hall, Dr. Lin Xing, chairman of the company, introduced the company's patent wall to Secretary Wu and other leaders. During the independent research and development process, Pioneer produced many patented technologies. Patents are not only a recognition of our technological innovation capabilities, but also an important reflection of the company's core competitiveness.

Pioneer's first third-generation semiconductor silicon carbide epitaxial machine was successfully developed at the end of last year. Dr. Lin showed Secretary Wu the first silicon carbide epitaxial film grown on the machine.

With the support of the Economic and Technological Development Zone Government and Taihu Bay Information Technology Industrial Park, Pioneer Semiconductor has developed rapidly, attracting many overseas doctors to join the company full-time. Currently, the number of employees exceeds 100, and there are more than 70 R&D personnel, including 10 doctoral students and more than 30 master students. Dr. Lin explained to Secretary Wu the company's development history, business system, industry status and future development plan, and answered the company's development issues that concern the leaders of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology. When he learned that the machine developed by the company urgently needs verification support from downstream customers, Secretary Wu took the initiative to propose ways to help the company. She pointed out that Wuxi has a complete semiconductor industry chain ecosystem. The Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology encourages the integrated development of upstream and downstream enterprises in the city to create a platform to help enterprises and customers communicate and cooperate.
