Recently, Professor Shen Bo from Peking University's wide bandgap laboratory joined hands with his team to visit Pioneer Semiconductor for work guidance.
Professor Shen Bo, deputy director of the Department of Science of Peking University and director of the Wide Band Glue Semiconductor Research Center, led the research team has overcome the problem of dynamic threshold stability of GaN-based power devices in the past five years, achieved high-voltage bridge integration and low-voltage CMOS integration, and realized ten thousand volt-level GaN-based high-voltage devices.
During the talks, Professor Shen pointed out that Pioneer Semiconductor has sufficient technical accumulation and talent reserves in the field of atomic layer deposition technology. This time, Peking University Band Gate Laboratory and Pioneer Semiconductor have reached in-depth cooperation on the third-generation and a half compound high-temperature annealing project. We look forward to the cooperation between Peking University and Pioneer in more scientific research and customized equipment projects in the future.
