On November 28, the Macau Science and Technology Inspection Team was led by Cui Tianyou, Vice Chairman of the Macau Science and Technology Association, to visit Pioneer Semiconductor. Pioneer Vice President of R&D Luo Bo and Xu Bo were intimately engaged. The two sides focused on semiconductor technology and discussed in depth, aiming to enhance mutual learning and cooperation between Australia and mainland China in this field, and drive the industry forward and innovation.

During the visit, Luo Bo and Xu Bo focused on introducing the achievements made by Pioneer Semiconductor in scientific and technological innovation and industry-university-research cooperation. Pioneer Semiconductor actively cooperates with many well-known domestic and foreign universities such as the National University of Singapore and Southeast University, and has carried out project cooperation, joint training of graduate students, and carried out academic exchanges, and successfully built a relatively complete industry-university-research cooperation system. In 2023, Pioneer Semiconductor was awarded the title of Wuxi City’s Key Laboratory of Thin Film Deposition Equipment by Wuxi Science and Technology Bureau. In 2024, it officially became the off-campus internship base of Jiangnan University.

Since its establishment, Pioneer Semiconductor has focused on the field of semiconductor equipment. The core lies in scientific and technological innovation to break through technical barriers to achieve domestic substitution, and adhere to the concept of "technology-led, talent-driven" to promote industrial technological progress.
