On July 22, Wuxi Economic and Technological Development Zone welcomed a postgraduate delegation of enterprise development and public policy at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Since its establishment, Pioneer Semiconductor has always focused on the field of semiconductor equipment, committed to breaking technical barriers and realizing domestic substitution. As of July this year, Pioneer has more than a dozen overseas top semiconductor professional equipment talents. They come from Europe, America, Japan and Singapore and other countries. The project core team has achieved research and development and mass production of a variety of high-end equipment in the semiconductor equipment industry from 0 to 1. Since its establishment, Pioneer has also attracted a large number of excellent domestic management, core technology and operation talents to join. At the same time, the company has a number of advanced ALD machines that have also been launched into the market. Demo's current results are ahead of the same products of foreign products.

This observation was attended by Dr. Ma (undergraduate: Hong Kong University of Science and Technology), who had just returned to Pioneer from the United States, and had in-depth exchanges and discussions with Zhu Pengyu, associate professor at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, on the development trends, technological innovation, talent training and other aspects of the semiconductor industry. During this period, Pioneer Semiconductor professionals gave detailed explanations and exchanges to the inspection team, allowing students to gain a more intuitive understanding of the development of the semiconductor industry.
