职位描述:

1、机械零件3D设计、模块设计和2D工程图制图；

2、通过公司系统进行PLM，包括CIP、DCO/ECO、BOM维护和更新；

3、进行功能模拟，包括机械、热和流动等。计划和行动模块测试和报告测试结果；

4、筹备设计评审材料，编制工程师规范，帮助TPS工程师创建和制作安装程序、操作手册等系统文档；

5、与供应商共同开发零件制造工艺。动手组装模块并指导 MFG 创建安装 SOP，尤其是第 1 件设计。

职位要求：

1、机械工程专业本科或研究生以上学历；

2、3-10年结构设计、自动化、金属薄板等机械设计工作经验；

3、熟练使用Solidworks和AutoCAD等制图软件以及微软办公软件；

4、有真空或加热系统相关设计经验者优先；

5、解决问题能力和创新能力，积极的工作态度；

6、团队合作精神，较好的沟通能力。

General job description:

1.Mechanical 3D Parts Design, Module Design and 2D Engineering Drawing drafting；

2.PLM through company system, including CIP, DCO/ECO, BOM maintaining and updating；

3.Perform function simulations, including mechanical, thermal and flow etc. Plan and act module Test and report test results；

4.Prepare design review material, compile engineer specifications and support TPS engineer creating system document such as installation procedure and operation manuals；

5.Develop parts manufacturing process together with suppliers. Hands on modules assembling and guide MFG creating installation SOP, especially for 1st article design。

Requirements:

1.Bachelor/Master Degree or above；

2.3-10 years working experience on mechanical design such as structure design, automation, sheet metal etc；

3.Familiar with Solid Works, Auto CAD and MS office soft wares；

4.Vacuum or Heater system related design experience is a plus ；                                                                          

5.With strong problem solving and innovation ability, positive work attitude；

6.Good communication skills and team cooperation capability 。
