职位描述:
1、根据电气规范设计图纸和原理图。
2、根据每个项目需求完成高级 PLC、HMI、集成和自动化。
3、遵循半导体行业标准，进行满足半导体行业安全要求的设计
4、管理设计变更，并准备程序文件，如 DCO/ECO 技术报告等。
5、建立控制系统改进并开发最有效的生产技术。
6、现场维护，诊断并解决相关问题，以满足生产目标
7、在项目安装、调试和启动阶段期间监管项目整体计划、预算、质量
8、和团队成员保持良好的沟通、协调和跟进能力
职位要求:
1、电气工程本科，强电弱电相关专业硕士及以上学历，或同等工作经验；
2、至少5年工业自动化设备设计经验；
3、精通三菱PLC、倍福PLC、AB PLC编程中的一种
4、精通工业总线通信
5、熟悉设备控制系统设计，使用EDA软件进行电气原理图设计
6、熟悉高级编程语言
7、具有较强的团队合作精神，动手能力强，上进心强，做事严谨的人
8、流利的英语阅读和写作
9、能够在极快节奏和激进的环境中工作
10、熟练掌握办公软件，如 MS Word、Power Point 和 Excel；
General job description:
1.According to the electrical specification design with drawings and schematics；
2.Advanced PLC, HMI, integration and automation per project need；
3.Follow industry standards(semi) and ensure safe designs & meet applicable industry safety requirements；
4.Manage design changes, and prepare procedure document as for DCO/ECO technical reports, etc；
5.Establish control system improvement and develop the most efficient production technology；
6.Maintain and trouble shoot onsite to meet the manufacturing performance target；
7.Schedule, budget, quality and supervision during installation, debug, and start up；
8.Keep good communication, coordination, and follow-up ability。
Requirements:
1.Bachelor/master Degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience;
2.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in industry automation equipment design;
3.Proficient with one of Mitsubishi PLC, Beckhoff PLC, AB PLC programming；
4.Proficient with Industry fieldbus communication；
5.Familiar with equipment control system design, electrical schematic design with EDA software；
6.Familiar with advance language programming；
7.Strong team work spirit, hands-on, self-motivated and strict person ；
8.Fluent in English both reading and written；
9.Able to work in an extremely high paced and aggressive environment ；
10.Skill on Office software, like MS Word, Power Point and Excel。
